Weed infestation is a major problem in groundnut cultivation, which can reduce yield by 30–60%. Therefore, weed control is essential during the first 15–40 days after sowing. Apply Pendimethalin within 1–3 days after sowing to prevent weed germination. Later, 15–30 days after sowing, use Quizalofop P-ethyl to effectively control grassy weeds.
